Refund Policy

Effective as of November 17, 2025

This policy applies to all services offered by Linda Orji, including but not limited to: coaching sessions, developmental editing, project planning, writing intensives, courses, group support packages, and retreats.

1. All Payments Are Final

All payments are non-refundable. Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved in each engagement – whether digital or in-person – no refunds will be issued once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed to in writing before the start of service.

2. Commitment Fee

A non-refundable commitment fee is required for all new clients and group projects. This fee secures your scheduled time and initiates internal preparation. It will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clarity Calls and Coaching Sessions: Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Workshops and Group Events: Registrations are non-refundable due to limited availability and advance preparation. In some cases, credit or transfer may be approved.

Retreats: Retreat payments are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs far enough in advance, partial credit may be applied to future services at Linda’s discretion.

4. Payment Plans

Payment plans are offered as a courtesy. Missed or late payments may result in paused service or loss of access. Payments made as part of a plan remain non-refundable, even if the full plan is not completed.

5. Project Abandonment or Early Termination

If a client chooses to discontinue a program, service, or group engagement early, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions or deliverables.
If Linda Orji chooses to end services due to misalignment, violation of terms, or disrespectful conduct, no refund will be issued.

6. Disputed Charges

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Linda directly to discuss concerns. Disputed payments may result in revoked access to future services.

7. Exceptions

In the rare event that Linda is unable to fulfill services due to a force majeure (e.g., medical emergency, natural disaster), credit may be extended or a partial refund offered at her discretion.
