Linda Orji Coaching Services Agreement

Scope:

• Linda provides creative coaching, developmental editing, and project planning services. Not legal, therapeutic, or publishing representation.
• Partnership opportunities are handled separately with their own agreement.

Payments:

• All payments are final unless otherwise agreed. Payment plans available.
• A non-refundable commitment fee is required for all new clients and group projects. This reserves your spot and protects Linda’s time and preparation.

Cancellations:

• 24-hour notice required. No-shows may be forfeited.

Creative Ownership:

• All work created by the client remains the client’s property. Linda will not reproduce or redistribute any writing.
• Partnership projects require a signed co-creation agreement.

Confidentiality:

• All sessions are confidential. No content will be shared without written consent.

Brand Conduct:

• Clients are expected to uphold respectful communication. Linda reserves the right to discontinue work in cases of misalignment or disrespect.
