Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Linda Orji, hereinafter referred to as “Editor”, the user (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Services
The Editor agrees to provide writing coaching and editing services as specified in the client’s order.
Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Editor the fee outlined at the time of order. Full payment is required before the commencement of any services.
No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made, the Client accepts that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Revisions
The service includes a specified number of revisions per the original order. Additional revisions can be purchased separately. The scope of revisions agreed upon initially shall be considered final unless additional revisions are bought.
Session Rescheduling
Clients are allowed to reschedule a session one time at no additional charge. Any further rescheduling requires the purchase of an additional session at the standard rate.
Communication
Communication between the Client and the Editor will occur primarily through the designated order platform. Video chats may be arranged if necessary for more detailed discussions or feedback.
Confidentiality
The Editor will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and will not disclose or use such information except as necessary to provide the agreed-upon services.
Ownership
The Client retains ownership of all original content provided. The Editor has no rights to use, publish, or distribute any of the Client’s work without explicit written permission from the Client.
Termination
Either party may terminate the services at any time. If termination occurs, the Client is not entitled to a refund for any services not yet rendered.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, wars, terrorism, pandemics, or governmental action.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
