Membership Purpose

Linda Orji Creative Memberships provide ongoing access to professional creative development, writing coaching, editing, screenplay consultation, accountability, strategic guidance, and related creative services based on the membership level selected.

Membership is designed as a collaborative partnership. Meaningful progress depends on active participation and communication from both parties.

Membership Benefits

Benefits vary depending on your membership tier and may include:

• Idea development and scheduled coaching or strategy sessions
• Manuscript, screenplay, or creative project development
• Accountability and progress planning
• Editing and written feedback
• Email or voice note support
• Creative brainstorming
• Priority scheduling (when applicable)
• Member-exclusive resources and discounts

Membership benefits apply only while the subscription remains active.

Reserved Creative Capacity

Your membership reserves dedicated time within Linda Orji’s professional schedule.

Monthly payments reserve creative capacity, project planning, research time, communication availability, and strategic support — whether or not all available benefits are used during that billing period.

Unused services, sessions, or communication do not accumulate or roll over unless expressly stated in writing.

Creative Activation

Work officially begins once any of the following occurs:

• Project review
• Research
• Reading submitted materials
• Assignment creation
• Development planning
• Story outlining
• Editing
• Brainstorming
• Written feedback
• Strategy preparation
• Any custom work performed specifically for your project

Once Creative Activation has occurred, Linda Orji has begun investing professional time into your project.

Client Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Submit requested materials before scheduled meetings
• Attend scheduled sessions
• Notify Linda Orji when additional time is needed
• Participate actively throughout the creative process

Creative progress depends upon consistent collaboration.

Client Inactivity

If a member becomes inactive by failing to respond to communication, submit requested materials, or schedule meetings, the membership remains active unless canceled by the client.

Membership payments continue during periods of inactivity because creative capacity remains reserved.

Extended inactivity does not create refunds, credits, or additional membership time.

Scheduling

Meetings are scheduled through the official booking calendar. Members are responsible for scheduling sessions within the availability provided.

Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting whenever possible. Repeated missed meetings may result in forfeiture of that session.

Membership Payments

Memberships are billed automatically each billing cycle. Payments reserve ongoing access and creative availability.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future recurring charges only.

Payments already processed are non-refundable. Any creative work completed before cancellation remains billable and is considered earned.

Creative Activation Fee

Once Creative Activation has occurred, a portion of your membership payment represents compensation for research, planning, preparation, project review, and customized creative development.

Should a member cancel after work has begun, all completed work remains the intellectual property and earned labor of Linda Orji unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of creative consulting and development services:

• Membership payments are non-refundable
• Missed communication does not qualify for refunds
• Failure to use membership benefits does not qualify for refunds
• Creative preparation performed before meetings is considered completed professional work

Intellectual Property

All templates, assignments, outlines, strategies, educational materials, and related resources remain the intellectual property of Linda Orji LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their original creative works.

Confidentiality

All client materials, manuscripts, business concepts, creative ideas, and personal information will be treated as confidential.

Likewise, clients agree not to distribute proprietary coaching materials or internal processes without written permission.

Professional Relationship

Linda Orji serves as a creative consultant, writing coach, strategist, editor, and developmental partner.

No guarantee is made regarding publication, production, sales, representation, awards, or commercial success. Success depends upon many factors outside the scope of the membership.

Changes to Membership

Linda Orji LLC reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, scheduling procedures, and policies.

Existing members will receive reasonable notice before pricing adjustments affecting their subscription take effect.

Agreement

By purchasing and maintaining a Linda Orji Creative Membership, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read this agreement
• Understand the membership policies
• Agree to the payment terms
• Understand the cancellation policy
• Understand that creative work begins before meetings take place
• Understand that membership reserves professional creative capacity
• Agree to these terms in full
