โ๐พ it was my birthday.
&
โ๐พ It was the birth season of my published baby Cracked Concrete Vol.1. This was her debut. I could of done what most folks do 1st when they get their book published...have a book launch party and turn up, but I didn't. Don't get me wrong it crossed my mind several times but I never planned for it. The God-in-me said, "It's not time to celebrate. When she really gets out there and starts impacting on a level that many thought she wasnt capable of is when you can start thinking about celebrating. Right now just put in the work. Here I'll give you an event to work on your Birthday, how bout dat!" ๐
So there we were she and I connecting with Soul Survivors in Cheraw,SC Book Festival. She went home with several Soul Survivors that day. Wow!I is all I could say the whole 2 hours home that night.

Grateful was an understatement. I was feeling unstoppable, unbeatable. She was conceived in 1 week! At first when I told my editor the format I needed she was like ๐ฎ but she put her gloves on and dove in to help me format this baby exactly how I needed so when it came time to PUSH I didn't need any outside medicine. I didnt need the world sticking anything in my back, mind, spirit, so I protected Cracked Concrete up until this day. โฉFast forward to September 12th, 2019. I get an email inviting me to the same event... not as a vendor but as a featured author. [Link in bio] ๐ Clap it up ๐๐พ๐๐พfor the GOD who keeps planting me where I need to be.

I'm gonna ride this Cracked Concrete ride until I can't ride no more so if you're tired of hearing and seeing me talk about it just hit 'unfollow' now. Social media and followers isnt in our view right now. My baby and I are working on projects beyond the eyes can see. ๐ซ๐ซ
